Returns

At Novamart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product should be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Rejected Refunds:

Refunds will be denied if the product:

  • Is damaged or used
  • Does not meet the return conditions

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product,

contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@novamart.tech with proof (photos) of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
